Lansing Building Products distributes exterior building products to professional contractors across the country. They needed a mixed-use space with both offices and warehouse storage that can hold all their materials in a centralized location, allowing for easy distribution throughout the country.
When we began searching for a new warehouse space, we were looking for an ideal location and a great team of contractors to work with. Upon seeing their 100,000 sq. ft. project in Garner, we knew AB Goodrich would be the perfect fit. They made sure we had everything we needed down to the smallest details.
