Kevin Ryan serves as the pre-construction manager at AB Goodrich Contracting, overseeing all aspects of budgeting, estimating, procurement, and project scheduling in collaboration with project teams. His dedication ensures smooth transitions from pre-construction activities through project closeout for all AB Goodrich projects.
With years of experience, Kevin has contributed to delivering over one billion dollars worth of completed or under-construction projects across North Carolina. His expertise spans various construction industry sectors, including life sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial/distribution, historical renovation, and commercial office buildings.
Before joining AB Goodrich, Kevin spent over a decade as a superintendent for large general contractors throughout the Southeast, focusing on the Research Triangle market. His extensive field experience provides him with a unique perspective on pre-construction, ensuring meticulous planning and budgeting for client satisfaction.
Kevin is a proud East Carolina University graduate with a degree in construction management with a minor in business management. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys indulging in his hobbies of golfing and fishing, as well as cherishing moments with his wife Lindsay and their son McCoy.
